Terms overview

Clear terms belong
before the payment.

FastVisits is operated by Nomad Minds FZCO. This page summarises the points that every campaign agreement covers. The full terms are issued with each written proposal.

Draft overview. The final terms need the trade licence details, governing law and dispute process confirmed for Nomad Minds FZCO.

The operator and service scope

An unnamed seller and an undefined delivery unit make an agreement difficult to interpret. A customer needs to know who provides the service and what exactly is being sold.

FastVisits is operated by Nomad Minds FZCO, Dubai Silicon Oasis, DDP, Building A1, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, telephone +971 55 401 8648. Each proposal records the source format, audience, country or region, quantity, exclusions, delivery period and reporting method.

Prices, VAT and invoices

A price can be misunderstood when the currency, fees or renewal timing are unclear. UAE consumer protection law gives consumers the right to receive a service at the declared price.

Quotes are stated in US dollars (USD), or in UAE dirhams (AED) for UAE clients, with any fees and VAT treatment shown before payment. For consumer sales in the UAE, UAE law requires a dated invoice in Arabic with the trade name, address, service, price and quantity, and another language can be added.

Customer content and delivery review

A destination that changes after review can create a different campaign from the one agreed. For example, a landing page that adds a new offer after approval may no longer match the ad.

The terms include a content approval step and a way to handle material changes. Delivery exceptions follow a defined evidence window, so a disagreement can be reviewed without assuming that every reporting gap has the same cause.

Results and disputes

Ad delivery does not guarantee sales, profits or search rankings. A customer may still expect a business result from a delivery contract.

The agreement separates delivery obligations from business outcomes. UAE law voids contract terms that harm the consumer or exempt a supplier from its legal obligations, and clients in other countries can also have rights under their local law. The final terms are written to respect those rules.
